Trollheimen is a mountain range between the regions of Trøndelag and Nordmøre that is known for its varied and fertile scenery. The area is abundant in wildlife and is home to a diverse flora. Trollheimen has a rich history, and it is still used for grazing, dairy farming, reindeer herding, hunting and fishing. The central part of Trollheimen has “landscape protection area” status, which means that we look after the landscape and the plants and animals that live in it.
