MOOSE SAFARI from DOMBÅS
The moose safari is arranged when the “human society” goes to sleep. During this tour we often see red deer, foxes and interesting bird species too.
Season: May 20 – September 20
Equipment: Our vehicle, normal clothing, good footwear
Duration: approx. 2-3 hours, 8pm - 11pm
Meeting time/place: 8pm outside the tourist office in the centre of Dombås
Price: NOK 200 per person (NOK 150 for children aged 7-10 accompanied by their parents, children under 7 free)

MOOSE SAFARI from HJERKINN
We meet at Hjerkinnhus before you drive in your own vehicle to the starting point of our walk (just 200 m) at Fokstugumyra. Remember to bring mosquito repellent and binoculars. Season: Tuesdays and Thursdays in July and August

Duration: approx. 2 hours, 8pm – approx. 10pm

MOOSE SAFARI from OPPDAL
The moose start to become active at dusk. We travel by bus into a forest area with lots of moose. Tea, coffee and biscuits are served outside during the tour.
Season: Wednesdays and Fridays from June 8 – August 31
